Each complaint, and what fixes it
1. Slow or missing support (23 of 35 reviews)
“We have a question that is urgent and remains unanswered after many days.”
“I’ve contacted support multiple times with barely any response.”
What fixes it: Claimify Our own app is our own app, so judge us by your trial: plans include email support (Basic), priority support (Plus) and a dedicated account manager (Business), per its App Store listing.
2. Mandatory sales call and slow onboarding (17 of 35 reviews)
“I could not test the app, because an onboarding call is mandatory.”
“We attempted to get this app activated for 6–7 weeks and never even reached the point of being able to use it.”
What fixes it: Claimify Our own app installs from the Shopify App Store with a 3-day free trial on every plan, so you can set up a claim or return form and test it yourself.
3. Annual contracts, auto-renewals and cancelling (14 of 35 reviews)
“After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments.”
“They make it virtually impossible to cancel your account.”
What fixes it: Claimify Our own app lists monthly prices ($9, $19 or $49) with an optional annual discount on its App Store page. Whatever you pick, read the terms for auto-renewal before you sign anything annual.
4. Price and per-return tiers (12 of 35 reviews)
“There is a tiering on the # of returns per year.”
“You have to estimate how many returns and exchanges you'll have during the year.”
What fixes it: Loop’s listing shows a free Checkout+ plan, Essential at $155/month and Advanced at $340/month. Claimify’s returns management is in its Business plan ($49/month). Put your own return volume into the return cost calculator to see what returns cost you before choosing.
5. Product gaps: login, exchanges, reporting (9 of 35 reviews)
“It creates a second order which messes up your metrics when evaluating repeat customer rates, etc.”
“Unable to log in and there is no way to re-set my password that works.”
What fixes it: Claimify Our own app works from the Shopify admin and customer accounts, per its App Store listing. Be honest with yourself about features, though: Loop’s listing includes instant exchanges, Shop Now, fraud prevention and carrier rate shopping, which Claimify’s listing doesn’t.
