Is it really free?
Yes. The Lite kit is free for use in your own business. Please don’t redistribute or resell it. The full Claims Ops Kit will be a paid version on Gumroad.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The dropdowns, deadline calculation and flags work in both Excel and Google Sheets.
Are the carrier deadlines up to date?
The rules were checked on 2026-10-03 against the official pages linked in the Carrier deadlines tab. Carriers change their rules, so re-check the linked source before you file. This isn’t legal advice.
What do you do with my email?
It’s stored privately on Cloudflare and used only for occasional StoreVetted updates. It’s never sold or shared, and you can unsubscribe any time. See the disclosure for how StoreVetted makes money.
